File requirements

Eight things that matter.

01File formatsAI, PDF, EPS, PSD (preferred: PDF or AI)
02ResolutionMinimum 300 DPI at final print size
03Color modeCMYK (not RGB — colors will shift)
04Bleed3mm (0.125 in) on all sides
05Safe zoneKeep text & logos 5mm from trim line
06Black textUse K=100 only (not rich black) for body text
07Rich blackC=60 M=40 Y=40 K=100 for large dark areas
08White inkSeparate layer labeled "WHITE INK" for white printing on kraft
Do
  • Use CMYK color mode for all files
  • Include 3mm bleed on all sides
  • Keep important content within the safe zone
  • Outline all fonts before export
  • Embed or link all placed images
  • Send a low-res PDF preview alongside your print file
Don't
  • ×Submit files in RGB — colors will shift significantly
  • ×Place critical text within the bleed or too close to trim
  • ×Use multiple spot colors without confirming with us first
  • ×Submit files below 300 DPI — they will look pixelated when printed
  • ×Leave fonts live (unoutlined) in your export
